L’Entourloop / Queen Omega and the Royal Souls (9 p.m., Metropolis, $45). A lively double-bill that will have you bopping to the sounds of reggae and hip-hop from France and the Caribbean. French DJs love to dabble, and L’Entourloop’s King James and Sir Johnny are no exception. These guys grab from reggae, dub and hip-hop, always with a funky, festive twist; throw in some cult film snippets and they’re off to the races. Trinidad’s Queen Omega started as a soca singer before crossing over to dancehall and roots reggae. Her latest album, and her first in over a decade, is titled Freedom Legacy, out on France’s Baco Records.
