Olivia “Livvy” Dunne’s gymnastics future is up in the air.
The 21-year-old Dunne, who recently finished her senior year at LSU, is a member of the Lady Tigers women’s gymnastics team that made history when they brought the first NCAA Championship to the program in April.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model has one year of eligibility to compete for a fifth and final year with the LSU gymnastics team.
“So I do have eligibility for a fifth year, which I haven’t decided yet,” Dunne told The Post while discussing her partnership with Purina Pro Plan, which includes her and boyfriend Paul Skenes’ English cream retriever named Roux. “I am thinking about it… But I do have eligibility [for another year at LSU].
“I don’t think I’m going to try for the Olympics or anything after, since I once competed for Team USA and I closed that chapter and went to LSU.”
Dunne was one of four seniors — among Elena Arenas, Haleigh Bryant and Chase Brock — on the 2023-24 gymnastics roster, which included seven graduate students.
Arenas, who was limited due to a back injury in her senior season, retired from gymnastics and announced the news in a June 27 post on Instagram.
“I would do 100 more years of gymnastics if my body was able!” she wrote.
Bryant, the 2024 NCAA All-Around Champion, will return to the Tigers for her final year of eligibility in 2025, she announced after LSU’s title run in April.
Brock also announced in May that she will return for her final season of eligibility with LSU.
The Lady Tigers secured the national title with a score of 198.225 to beat California (197.850), Utah (197.800) and Florida (197.4375) at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth.
“The national championship, that was obviously the end goal,” Dunne said. “That was the cherry on top of my senior year. It’s just so cool to be able to make history like with my whole team.”
Dunne — who has more than 13 million followers across Instagram and TikTok — became a face of the name, image and likeness (NIL) era and earns a reported seven figures annually.
Dunne moved back to her native New Jersey after she finished her senior year at LSU.
However, she’s busy traveling the world for work — she’s a social media influencer and model — and doing long distance with Skenes, a pitcher for the Pirates and the No. 1 overall pick in last year’s MLB draft.
The right-hander began the season as a flamethrower in the minors, throwing triple digits in Triple-A Indianapolis, before he was called up to the majors in May.
Dunne has supported Skenes, who signed with the Pirates for $9.2 million, at some of his games.
The 22-year-old Skenes, who won an NCAA title with LSU in 2023, confirmed his relationship with Dunne during an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in August 2023.
Dunne is now focused on work and her various obligations with brands.
She returned to the SI Swimsuit issue for the second consecutive year in 2024.
“After my season, that’s when I do all of my obligations and I get to work with the brands that I’m partnered with because I usually don’t work with them during my season,” Dunne said.
Dunne partnered with Purina Pro Plan — among other stars including world champion swimmer Michael Phelps, Olympian Lolo Jones, and Fox Sports NFL sideline reporter Erin Andrews — to launch “Fueled By,” a docuseries highlighting the commitment of athletes to their respective sports and the vital role nutrition plays in driving their active lifestyle with their dogs.
“For every view of the ‘Fueled By’ docuseries between now and the end of October, Pro Plan will donate up to $150,000 to Athletes For Animals,” Dunne said. “I think that’s amazing to help find homes for dogs.”
Dunne, Andrews and Phelps attended the premiere of “Fueled By” at the Whitby Hotel on Thursday, and they posed for photos together.
