
A man and a woman have been rushed to hospital after a dog attack in south east London.
The Metropolitan Police, ambulance and air ambulance were called to Bedwell Road in Belvedere at around 9am today.
The woman has been left in critical condition following the attack, and the man received minor injuries.
The dog was Tasered by police officers who had shut it in a different room, where the dog then died.
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service told the BBC the woman and man were taken to a ‘major trauma centre as a priority’.
