Kim Kardashian has reportedly been granted a restraining order against a man who claims he can communicate with her telepathically.
It means the man in question, Andre Persaud, is prohibited from contacting Kardashian and must stay at least 100 feet away from her for five years.
He has also been prohibited from owning or possessing a gun.
According to legal documents, Persaud showed up at Kardashian’s home three times in August and he claimed to be armed.
Kardashian, 42, reportedly claims she’s never met Persaud and was worried things might escalate to physical violence.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, it’s said Persaud also reportedly posted about Kardashian on social media, and at one point, Kardashian says in the docs, ‘claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically’.
Last month, Kardashian was granted a temporary restraining order against Persaud.
According to The Blast, Kardashian previously wrote to the court: ‘I am informed that (he) attempted to access my residence on three separate occasions in August 2022.
‘He presented a letter seeking to be my business partner. I am informed that he stated he traveled to CA for the purpose of meeting me. I have never contacted him. He expressed his frustration that I had not responded to him.
‘I am informed that my private security has met with him and informed him that I have no desire to have any contact with him. I am informed that (he) told my private security that he possesses a gun.’
It’s not the first time Kardashian has been concerned for her safety.
Last year, she claimed to have received bomb and death threats in letters.
