She’s a savage.

Cara Delevingne was almost unrecognizable in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Vol. 4 fashion show, which began streaming on Prime Video November 9.

The 30-year-old model was decked out in an strappy, sparkly, S&M-inspired lingerie set with ornate gemstones on the center bra clasp and a garter worn over similarly sparkling panties.

Delevingne showed off a smokey cat eye, deep mauve over-lined lipstick and gravity-defying braids, and accessorized with eye-catching diamond-and-emerald earrings.

And like a number of fellow celebrities — among them Kylie Jenner, Julia Fox and Amelia Hamlin — the catwalker rocked bleached eyebrows for an almost alien-like aesthetic.

Despite ongoing concerns about Delevingne’s health following a string of concerning public appearances by the London-born style star, she still stunned onstage.

Other models, musicians and actors who made appearances during Rihanna’s small-screen spectacle included Irina Shayk, “Empire” actress Taraji P. Henson, musician Anitta, “Barbie” actor Simi Liu and “Abbot Elementary” Emmy winner Sheryl Lee Ralph.

The Savage X Fenty by Rihanna Instagram account posted a photo of Delevingne’s cameo Tuesday, with a fan commenting, “Growing up I used to dream of walking the runway for VS and now that I’m grown I dream of walking the SavagexFenty show.”

The former VS model shared a sneak peek at the show on her own Instagram as well, posting a pic of herself posing in the center of a circle of other models.

While many of the comments were complimentary, others called out Rihanna for including Johnny Depp in the star-studded show.

“Did @badgalriri inform you that you’d be sharing the stage with an abuser?” one asked.

The star-studded spectacle was filmed earlier this month in Simi Valley, California.
