MESA, Ariz. — A suspect is accused of fatally working over an east Mesa man along with his automobile over a parking dispute, based on authorities.
Mesa police stated 61-year-old John Lagana stays jailed on suspicion of first-degree homicide.

It was unclear Sunday if Lagana has a lawyer who can communicate on his behalf.
Police stated 63-year-old Christopher Heimer was pronounced useless on the scene Friday after being run over twice for allegedly refusing to permit Lagana to park close to his residence.

Court docket data present Lagana informed police that Heimer had allowed him to park his automobile in Heimer’s driveway till six months in the past.
Lagana reportedly is homeless and lives out of his automobile.
